Thanks for checking us out. Caribbean Ideas Limited is a couple months away from launching Caribbean Axis Professional, a new service dedicated to the needs of Caribbean professionals & students all around the world who care about advancing their careers.

The Opportunity:
Our new service is slated to launch in private beta in the March time-frame and we`re looking for engaging personalities with practical HR experience and a passion for sharing their knowlege.
Whether you work for a big company or run your own company in the field, this is a great way to:

Who we`re looking for (Key experiences & interests):
- Experienced: Human resources or recruitment industry professionals with at least 4 years of practical work experience.
- Multiple Industries: We`re open to professionals from multiple industries, but preference will be given to people who have worked with professionals in engineering, marketing, finance and management functions
- Passion: A passion for & interest in writing and sharing knowledge that helps people grow and be more successful
- Time: Ability to commit to a regular cadence of contributions OR being available for interviews to input on topics of interest we are covering
- Varied expertise: Direct experience with interviewing, reviewing resumes / CVs and human resource development and career planning preferred.
